Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Naples and Bonita Springs. Here are just a few of our frequently asked questions, but please don’t hesitate to give us a call if there is anything you are unsure about!
General Questions
How can I get a quote?
Simply call us at (239) 434-8568 and we can visit your home for the most accurate quote, or we can give you a close estimate over the phone after learning more about your home. Our cleaning services are billed are billed hourly and you will only be billed on the time our cleaners spend inside your home.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! For the most accurate quote we recommend an in-home estimate, but we can get a quote and book your cleaning over the phone. Our cleaning are billed hourly based on the time it takes to clean your home.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes! Our cleaners will supply all cleaning supplied needed to clean your home or place of business. However, if you have supplies you would prefer us to use, please let us know when scheduling so we can include that in the notes for your cleaners, and the location where these supplies are located. Our cleaners will also bring and use their own vacuums, but if you would like them to use the one in your home, please specify when scheduling.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please reach out to our office as soon as possible. We stand behind our work and will do what’s needed to make it right.
How am I billed for my cleaning?
After your cleaning has been completed, you may provide a check to your Cleaning Professionals or call our office with a credit card. If payment is not received on the spot, you will be emailed an invoice which can be conveniently paid online using a credit card or ACH payment. You are also able to pay by mailing a check to our office.
Scheduling Questions
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we require notification at least one business day in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours and/or trips made to the house with no service provided will be billed at $100. Cancellations or changes must be made by contacting the office at (239) 434-8568. Please do not communicate changes or cancellations to your Cleaning Professionals.
Can I get same-day booking?
We cannot guarantee same-day bookings, but we will fit you in if the schedule allows. Please give us a call to check availability.
Does somebody need to be home for the cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house when scheduling your cleaning.
Is there anything I should do before the cleaners arrive?
Although not necessary, we ask that prepare any linens that need to be washed and place them next to the washer. The Cleaning Professionals will work around clutter and personal objects in the home. They will straighten up areas in order to make the appearance of the room as neat as possible. If, however, there are areas in your home that you do not want the Cleaning Professionals to clean or touch please communicate that to our office in advance. We also ask that you find a good spot for your pets so they’re safe and secure while we clean.
Will my Cleaning Professionals arrive at the exact time I booked?
We strive to always meet our 1-hour arrival window, however, unforeseen instances may occur causing a delay in our arrival. We will notify you immediately if we know we are not going to meet our arrival window. You will also receive a text message when the cleaners are on the way.

What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services from recurring cleanings (Daily, Semi-Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly) to one-time cleanings to move-in/ out cleanings. We can handle home and businesses of all sizes. You can view our full suite of services clicking on the “Our Services” tab at the top of our website.
How many cleaners do you send?
In most cases, we will send a team of two Cleaning Professionals to your home. They will arrive in a marked vehicle, uniformed with all the supplies and equipment needed to leave your home or business spotless. If you’re on a recurring schedule or have used our services in the past, we’ll do our best to match you with the same Cleaning Professionals going forward.
Are Accent Cleaning Services employees screened?
Absolutely! We want you to have the peace of mind that we have trustworthy individuals going inside your home. Our pre-employment process includes a background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. This includes verifying that potential employees are legally able to work in the United States, and have a valid driver’s license.
